Mergers are generating problems to employess?

These are only few of the mergers that have been done lately. These type of mergers usually generates all sorts of personal problems to its employees. Not knowing what is to become of their future, where will they be working, who will be left out, who will be your new boss.

Nowadays we all hear about these type of confussions, people worrying, lots of stress, etc.. At this moment I myself am in the middle of a huge merger and the company is not worried about their employess, they just care about their revenues.

If we (employees) can't work 100% without worrying about these changes isn´t this going to affect the revenues of the company?
